Contract-to-Hire

as_text_wrap-transWe call it “Try Before You Buy” and it offers the customer an opportunity to make sure the recruit is going to be beneficial to your company, before you invest money in them.

The Contract-to-Hire option is a practically risk-free staffing strategy for our customers. Technical professionals or engineers remain on the Alliance Solutions payroll for a pre-negotiated term, while they work on a trial basis. During this temporary period, our customer can see whether the recruit has the skills and experience needed – or in a case where seeding skills is as important as their existing experience – whether they will be a good fit for the position(s) you have open.

The employee benefits from this option as well. Not only does it offer them an opportunity to see whether they fit culturally into the company, but since they are on the Alliance Solutions payroll, they can participate in recruiter benefits during the trial period, which they would not normally have access to on a probationary basis, going direct with the company. It also provides an opportunity for the employee and our customer to negotiate salaries, advancement, and enhanced benefits.

Alliance Solutions’ experience with the complex nuances of the defense, aerospace, and avionics industries makes available the most flexible, cost effective management strategies and recruiting techniques available. Our goals are to help you find the best means for accomplishing your long-term goals, no matter how complicated they seem.

We work with your HR department manager to build a contract-to-hire strategy that will help you place only the best recruits in the positions that are most productive for your company, while saving you money!
