Paid Time-off. Alliance Solutions employees receive six paid holidays per year. This policy kicks in immediately upon hiring and does not require a waiting period, or special terms and conditions.

Employees also receive a 40-hour bonus check after 1 year of employment, and every year thereafter.
Per Diem Effective January 1, 2020 available to employees with a Split Package Plan only. Employees eligible for the Per Diem plan must reside more than 50 miles from the work facility. This plan is not in addition to your hourly rate but splits your hourly rate to compensate you with non-taxable income for your temporary cost-of-living for 1 year (52 weeks). It is based on a 7-day, 40-hour work week. IMPORTANT NOTE: You are required to complete the Split Package Eligibility Form and provide proof of residency. The rate is based on government Conus and geographic location, and is subject to change at random.
Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half (1.5) regardless of whether you are participating in the Per Diem Split package.
